一、比赛主题
I.Competition theme
决赛演讲主题可以从以下几个方面选取:
The themes for the final speeches can be selected from the following aspects:
运河故事及相关文化故事 Canal Stories and Related Cultural Tales | 运河故事 Canal Stories | 大运河发展历史、运河遗产区介绍等。 The development history of the Grand Canal, introductions to Canal heritage sites, etc. |
美食文化 Gastronomic Culture | 淮安特色小吃、淮扬菜文化故事如码头汤羊肉、淮安茶馓等。 Stories of Huai'an's specialty snacks and Huaiyang cuisine culture, such as dock mutton soup, Huai'an fried dough twists, etc. | |
非遗传承 Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance | 洪泽湖渔鼓、淮海戏、黄梅戏、三河花船等。Hongze Lake Fish Drum, Huaihai Opera, Huangmei Opera, Sanhe Flower Boat, etc. | |

二、服装要求
II. Clothing Requirements:
决赛参赛选手应着装正式：西装、传统民族服饰、汉服均可。
Final contestants should dress formally: suits, traditional ethnic costumes, or Hanfu are acceptable.
三、演讲要求
III. Speech Requirements:
参赛选手按照赛前抽签顺序，依次用汉语上台演讲，可带演讲稿或脱稿，脱稿演讲酌情加分，演讲时长不超过3分钟。配以图片合集或者视频为演讲背景并搭配轻音乐。
Contestants will take the stage in the order drawn before the contest and deliver their speeches in Chinese. They may use a speech draft or speak from memory. Points will be added discretionarily for speeches delivered from memory. The speech duration should not exceed 3 minutes. Contestants may use a collection of images or a video as the background for their speeches, accompanied by soft music.

Appendix 2
指导教师手册 Instructor Manual |
1.本着自愿原则，原则上每位教师指导2名学生，如有特殊情况，具体指导学生数量可自行与其他老师调节。 Based on the principle of voluntariness, each instructor should guide 2 students in principle. In special circumstances, the number of students guided can be adjusted through negotiation with other instructors. |
2.指导教师可自行准备学生演讲的背景，如视频或图片合集、背景音乐及字幕等，也可指导学生自己准备，以确保决赛顺利进行。 Instructors can prepare the background for students' speeches, such as videos or image collections, background music, and subtitles, or guide students to prepare them themselves to ensure the smooth progress of the final contest. |
3.指导教师对学生的发音、肢体语言等进行指导，确保学生深入理解演讲内容。 Instructors should guide students on pronunciation, body language, etc., and ensure that students have a deep understanding of the speech content. |
4.指导教师应确保学生演讲内容贴合主题，无意识形态错误。Instructors should ensure that the content of students' speeches is thematically relevant and free from ideological errors. |
